Pricing questions
Why charge per account and not per video?
Because you can plan around accounts and you can't plan around videos. If we charged per video, an agency watching 100 daily posters would hit the ceiling in about ten days, with no way to have seen it coming.
Is the fast checking a paid extra?
No. Most tools sell faster checking as an add-on. Here the 15-minute checking is part of Pro and Agency. Trial and Scout check twice a day.
What happens when my trial ends?
Nothing is charged. We never asked for a card. Your account pauses and your tracked accounts are kept, so if you come back later it's all still there.
What if I go over my account limit?
Scout stops there. Pro and Agency keep going at a published per-account rate, so a growing client list never hits a wall halfway through the month.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down, any time. Your tracked accounts and all your history come with you.
