Refund Policy

Last updated: 5 August 2026

The short version

Full refund within 14 days of a payment, no questions asked. Email [email protected] and we'll sort it.

Try before you pay

Every account starts with a 14-day free trial that needs no card. Nothing is charged when it ends — the workspace simply becomes read-only and your data stays. We'd much rather you found out the product isn't for you during the trial than after paying, so please use it.

The 14-day window

If you're charged and change your mind, tell us within 14 days of that charge and we'll refund it in full. You don't have to explain why.

This applies to your first payment and to any renewal.

After 14 days

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. After the 14-day window we don't routinely refund the current month, but cancelling stops the next one and you keep access until the period you've paid for ends.

Two exceptions, and we apply them willingly:

  • We broke it. If a prolonged outage or a fault on our side meant you couldn't use what you paid for, tell us and we'll refund or credit the affected period.
  • You were charged by mistake. A renewal you'd already cancelled, a duplicate charge, a plan you didn't pick — refunded in full, whenever you spot it.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address on the account. Include the charge date if you have it. We reply within two business days.

You can also contact Paddle directly, since Paddle is the Merchant of Record for our orders and handles returns — their details are on your invoice.

How long it takes

We approve refunds quickly; the money moving is the slow part. Paddle processes the refund to your original payment method, and your bank typically takes 5–10 business days after that. We can't speed up the bank.

Cancelling

Cancel from your billing settings inside the app, or email us. Cancelling stops future charges immediately and leaves your access running until the end of the period you've already paid for. Your watchlist and collected history stay — if you come back, it's all still there.

Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page affects consumer rights you have under the law where you live, including any statutory right to cancel a digital purchase. Where local law gives you more than this policy does, local law wins.
